Faculty Development Program on National Education Policy  2020:
Strategies for Holistic, Multidisciplinary Growth in Higher Education Institutions.

Course Objective:

Ø To familiarize participants with the core principles and objectives of the National Education Policy 2020, focusing on its holistic and multidisciplinary approach to higher education.

Ø To equip faculty with the skills to design curriculum structures and implement credit-based marking systems, in line with NEP 2020's guidelines, while exploring necessary reforms in assessment strategies.

Ø To promote the effective use of ICT tools and Education 4.0 paradigms for equitable and inclusive education, enhancing teaching-learning processes.

Ø To encourage the development of innovative practices and research methodologies in technical and higher education institutions, aligning with NEP 2020's focus on creating a research-oriented education system.

Ø To develop leadership skills essential for NEP 2020 implementation and explore strategies for building industry-academia partnerships to achieve academic excellence.
