Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)
Course Objective:
Ø Overview of IoMT architecture, communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, MQTT), and hands-on setup with medical sensors (e.g., ECG, SPO2) for data acquisition.
Ø Real-time data streaming and integration with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), along with hands-on data processing, anomaly detection, and application of ML techniques in healthcare.
Ø Developing IoMT applications using development boards & understanding regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and implementing data security best practices.
Ø Analysis of real-world IoMT applications in healthcare, including chronic disease management and emergency care, with a hands-on mini-project for remote patient monitoring and final project evaluation.
